Every year in Las Vegas, the Bellagio Casino and Hotel set up their botanical garden display for the Chinese New Year. This year is the Year of the Dog. The dog is my Chinese zodiac sign, so why not check out the display, right? Seems like a great way to mark the start of a new blog!
You can walk through the exhibit of dogs, children, and other Chinese decorations. It’s a colorful display celebrating the holiday. Similar to western culture, the Chinese zodiac is based on astrology. The dog, along with other zodiac animals, has its own characteristics and horoscope forecast for the coming year.
I’ve created a video that shows some of this information along with horoscopes for the various types of Dog sign.
