Back home there used to be one that had trouble flying and lived at the Parks office, it couldn't sit up on the railing like the other ones so a grille was built just off the ground for it so it could sit there about 10cm off the ground XD
Another house in my neighbourhood also had a railing that seemed to be built for frigates and boobies as sometimes when I rode past I would see them just chilling there :)
How high was this rope, is it a clothes line or mooring cable or strung there for the birds to sit on? :D
Haha :)) The boobies are very funny and they unlike frigates, can walk on the ground )
That rope on photo is about 3-4 meters above the ground and its stretched between two pillars, idk why.. probably for birds only
