Graffiti Graveyard - Duluth Minnesota

I took this late 2014 I believe.. Nearly a half mile stretch under I-35 running through Duluth Minnesota used to be a go-to spot for scoping out awesome artwork but has been closed.

“The area was filled with tents and became a well-known homeless community. The diminishing infrastructure played a role, but the main reason for the closing was the amount of homelessness.”
