Shopkeeper (Ghost town) part 1

Hey guys sorry for not being around these last few days, started a new semester yesterday and things have been hectic. I also decided to continue the posts about this ghost town and I will split this one in 2 as there was a lot to see.

This is shopkeeper in German, this was in the middle of the town right across from the hospital. The cool thing about this place was that it was also right next to the previous buildings I posted about and in front of the shop was the train station.

As you can see the shopkeeper stayed here and was one of the richest people in the town. Definitely had some of the fanciest furniture of everyone in the town.

Not sure what all the broken things are in the bottom of the cupboard, but this is the only house in the whole ghost town which has furniture in it. Only the hall has some things in. Most of the items in the house were donated by the families of the people who stayed there, not all of the furniture is actually from that time or that actual house, but it gives it a really nice look.IMG_20180701_102909.jpg

Great to see the shots in this part 1 of ghost town series :D great to see your post after a long keep posting

Of all the houses is the only one to have furniture? There must be some additional reason for that! I would love to see more about this town thanks for sharing

It is interesting that an entire (ghost)town could survive so nicely over the years!!
