I don't equate Chinese cooking with quick and easy because my mom (who was a wonderful cook), took a Chinese cooking class years ago and said it took a very long time to prepare any of the dishes... so I'm very excited to give these a try! And from the pictures I can almost smell how delicious they are!
actually, you're right, real Chinese food does take a long time to prepare. But, you and I know that we're talking about westernized Chinese food - LOL
