Galipan, discovering a Venezuela's town lost in the mountain ''Avila''. #1
This place lost in the trees on the north of the Avila at 1870 meters high, it's a magical and incredible town normally covered by a cold and fresh fog and it's really near to the beach, if you want to go. I have been in Galipan a lot of times, in one of my travels in Galipan I took a lot of photos. The first settlers was of Canary Islands, and they arrived to this place over 200 years ago. In 1950 when the cable-way Caracas to Littoral was build, Galipan had for first time a quickly connection with the capital city, but in 1970 when the cable-way was abandon, the Galipan's settlers had to go to Caracas to earn money, that did Galipan famous in Caracas.
Today, you can go to Galipan in a travel in car. In the travel to go to Galipan you can see amazing views of Caracas merged with Avila's nature. The way to this town lost in the trees have a lot of wonderful flowers and trees that combines with the weather.
When you arrive to Galipan you can go to sit down and eat, Cachapas with leg, Cachapas with Cheese, Hot Chocolate, Strawberries and Peaches with Cream, Blackberries Juice and more succulents foods. Also you can buy the freshest and cutest flowers in a lot of differents shops. They smell really good, and looks wonderful.
To finish your travel you can take photographs of the vies, flowers, bugs, horses, dogs and take a walk on a horse through Galipan helped by an instructor. Or maybe after you enjoyed the moment and the place you want to go to the beach, to take sun and swim in the beauty water of Venezuela's cost.
