Grilled fish for sure
Grilled fish sure is one of the favorite dishes in aceh and other countries. The fish sure was flavored with onion spices and spices then wrapped in banana leaves before being put on a hot grill. Banana leaves keep it from sticking to the grill, keeping moisture and giving the food a distinctly sweet herbaly aroma.
