sydney's hottest new eatery, paperboy;
Evening Steemsters, just a little local update on a hot spot that's been gaining quite a bit of momentum and attraction.
The inner-west tends to fall to the wayside when the standard queue of "go-to's" and "must-go's" are listed. Sydneysiders can generally run the down line of the likes of "Paddo", "Surry" and "Newtown", but that's why this hot little number is making such an impression. Paperboy opening up right in the fold of the inner west is bringing new life and innovation to the somewhat stale stagnant locale. Paperboy are all about adventurous recipes and evolving ideas, from lamb sausage and turkish flatbread to burgers and thai prawn crackers, paperboy are on the cusp of forging a path of their own.
Food aside, the coffee game here is on point. Serving one of Sydney's finest blends (Single O) and having a few very skilled barista on their team makes this cafe a force to be reckoned with. Whether it's a great little brew or a cheeky meal, this slender street corner eatery has got what you need.
