This looks seriously SO yummy.

I love making my own crackers. I don't know because of the silly carb thing, but I used to make the BEST homemade cheese crackers. What I do now though, for a treat, is bake thin pieces of chees until they crisp up and are crunchy, oh heavens it is so good.
