I believe the first set of succulents are called Hens and chicks. Wiki There are many variations but It is called this because One will grow (hen) and then later smaller ones will sprout off of it (chicks)

Your favorite tree has flowers similar to a Wisteria but I don't think that is right.

This one I believe are Spanish Blue Bells. Not to be confused with spanish blue balls...That is a whole different story.
