Stopped by a ramen joint for lunch in Tochigi prefecture Japan yesterday! The noodles where thick, the meat flame cooked, veggies over flowing and good service. I give this ramen 4 out of 5 stars

I was away from Steemit for 2 months 😮 where in Japan are you based? I went to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Lake Biwa area, up north to Echizen. It was my first trip to Japan, and I'm already planning another trip next year! Love it so much!
I live in Gunma about 1.5 hours from Tokyo by train.
