Meeting the sun

in #photography7 years ago

Hello!
Sorely lacking in the sun outside the window! So let it be at least in the feed =)
After the previous "campaign" in March, I've finally decided to again to meet the dawn somewhere in the city. I Started to choose the days with a good forecast (watching the weather on www.intellicast.com). There is a a great website to predict the sun position - http://suncalc.net - all advise. Allows you to understand on which side the sun will be in a certain place at a certain time.
In the end, the starting point was chosen as the Crimean bridge. The sun was supposed to rise roughly due to the Red October factory. Should be interesting.
The sunrise was at 3:48 am, so I decided not to go to bed that day. Bags were Packed, batteries loaded, tea was made in a thermos, stopped for a former colleague, who wished to accompany me, and we arrived at the place almost an hour before =)
We pulled out the thermos and waited for the sun =)
It became clear that will be no clouds, the sky was completely clear. And there will be no photos with clouds beautifully illuminated by the rising sun =( so I had to improvise...

And use Peter.

The river was calm, with lots of debris after the recent hurricane.

Then we walked through the sunlit Prechistenskaya embankment. Sorry, not enough zoom to pull closer the silhouettes of the buildings of Red October. I liked it very much how the sun lit it all! There were a lot of people - the pilgrims took their places in the queue since dawn!

Meet dandelion from the flower bed at the Embassy of New Zealand =)

The sun slowly peeked in the side steets.

Next was a walk through a completely deserted, quiet and peaceful streets of Moscow. Very interesting experience, it is necessary to repeat! I returned home about six o'clock. The sun not yet high to climb. And at the house I hung still for 40 minutes in a meadow with dandelions =D

Realized that the next time need to get out into some nature!

Thank you for your attention! All the sun and heat to the feed!
