finally i found an insects that did not fly away. i was able to shoot with different aperture. Here we can see the effects of Depth of Field.

I am still finding the sweet aperture spot on my 60mm f2.8D macro lens. it really depends but for this 10mm insects i think f13 is best. The size of the insects and the distance from the subjects affects what aperture to used. btw, its a single shot.
Its not easy to do stacking shot in the field with a live insects :)
