How to catch lightning on photo?

First of all you have to have good camera, cause most beautiful lightnings are caught at night and cheap cameras are not suitable for night filming.

There are two ways to make photo of lightning.
1st is to use long time-exposure

• set aperture value within f / 7-f / 11
• ISO to 100-400
  and make one image for one or two minutes long.

In this case you will have a lot of clear and sharp lightnings but blurred cloud borders.

2nd way is to set the shutter speed to our value of 5-15 seconds

• ISO have to be raised to 1600-3200 otherwise you will get blaack sky
• make fotos every 15 secinds

If your camera has continuous shooting funtion - use it, it's very cose.
