Incredible Antelope Canyon, Page, Arizona - Virtual Tour

Last summer I and my friend have been to Lower Antelope Canyon and it was stunning experience to see these naturally carved rifts. If you visit Arizona make sure to pay visit to Antelope Canyon. You can either visit Upper Antelope Canyon or Lower Antelope Canyon.

One should visit Lower Antelope if you don't want to be adventurous because if you have any type of knee pain or injury, I don't recommend going for Lower Antelope rather visit Upper Antelope. They both are almost same except 2 differences: 1) In Upper Antelope, you will be walking on almost flat surface and there are no risky metal stairs from where you can slip or where you have to stretch yourself with awkward body movements. 2) You will be able to see Sunbeam if you take a tour between 10:00 to 12:00.

If you're going to either Lower or Upper Antelope Canyon, make sure that you book your tours well before you drive down (or reach by other means) there as on long weekends it may get busy and you might not get the tour time you expect to visit. Specially Upper Antelope and 10 to 12 timing for sunbeam is very popular. There are many tour organizers and you can find all of them on following website: http://navajonationparks.org/navajo-tribal-parks/lake-powell-navajo-tribal-park/guided-tours/ I don't think you can go inside without signing up for a guided tour.

Stairs to come down into the Lower Antelope, you come down to 3 levels and 3rd stair is where one has to be more careful as it doesn't have steps but steep slope of about 1 meter or more. You don't want to slip (or jump) :)
