We had an intense training and hectic exercises starting from jog around cones, high kicks, high kicks with a twist, side steps, groin and clap, rainbows, forward zig-zags, forwards-backward, backward zig-zags, in and out and sprint, and bunny hops and sprint. Only the warm-ups or exercises took about 1 hour 30 mins, everyone footballer sweated and felt the effect of those exercises. After exercising the bodies, we did ball work with cones and then soccer training. It was really fun and impressive performances from the boys.
