Welcome to Cali @gringalicious! Enjoy! I have the same problem with salad as you..."just get too inspired and want to add literally EVERYTHING!" In fact, sometimes my family will say, "What kind of salad is this?" And I will reply "Garbage Salad" cuz it has everything I could find in it ;)
