Like all Lutheran churches, the interior of Hallgrimskirkja is devoid of decorative details. There are no icons, gargoyles and frescoes. The only decoration of this church is its clean design. On one of the walls, just above the entrance, there is a beautiful organ to which I will dedicate a separate post because it certainly deserves it.
