This flower is known by many names depending on the region, its scientific name is Celosia argentea var, in Mexico they call it "velvet flower" in my country Venezuela, especially in my state Sucre we call it "Tulips" and we have it as a plant ornamental, but in other countries it is used as an edible plant, being very nutritious. In other countries it is known as "Cresta de Gallo", "mano de león", "celosía", among others.

This flower is grown in different places and has a texture so soft that it reminds us of that cloth called "velvet". This plant is administered throughout the year and does not need much care, little water and must be in the shade or in the sun.

The flowers are the beautiful hieroglyphics of nature with which he tells us how much he loves us.
