Little understand how much damage the pain of the soul causes us, that is why I always look for moments of serenity, tranquility, contemplation and appreciation of our external world that surrounds us.

In these moments when we are connected with nature, we reflect and soak up the serenity necessary to value life.

Lord, give me the serenity to accept the things that I can not change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to differentiate them.
