Football Victory in London

I took this photo circa 1999 in Trafalgar square, London after a big football win. The square was full of supporters in a joyous frenzy. One young lad with a flag climbed the fountain and gave me this photo op. 

Due to dark light and slow shutter speed the photo is not in focus but I think this adds to its appeal.
