So, 2 weeks ago I went to the woods for some mushrooms and came back with a bunch of Amanita caesarea (aka Caesar's mushroom), Lactarius sanguifluus (aka bloody milk cap) and some Macrolepiota procera (aka parasol mushroom) ...

These are all of them sauteed in olive oil, garlic and bay leaf (Laurus nobilis), with some drops of Modena's Balsamic Vinegar!

Certainly one of the most delicious orange snacks I've ever made!
