Local Delicious Food: Egusi Soup with Semo

Wanna join us? Wanna taste this delicious Nigeria dish? I'm showing you some of the beautiful photography of an African dish, to be precisely Nigeria dish. This food is called egusi soup with senorita. The white one in the plate is semovita, this semovita is made from maize (corn ) and other nice revite.,This egusi soup with semo was taken during the lunch hour, meaning this post a bit late due to busyness.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups (500g) Egusi (Melon) seeds.
- 3 cooking spoons red palm oil, depend on how you want it tho, but some preferred little palm oil
- Beef: best cut and Shaki (cow tripe)
- Fish: dry fish and stockfish. (Optional: I don't really like stockfish, but you may like it)
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish.
- Pepper and Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable: Nigerian pumpkin leaves, spinach or bitter leaf.
- 3 small stock cubes (Optional)
