Peter Steele Memorial Tree

I'm a big fan of the band Type O Negative. There's a tree that was planted in Prospect Park here in Brooklyn, NY in memory of Peter Steele, their lead singer (he passed away in 2010.) It was planted there because Peter spent many years maintaining that park while working for New York City's Dept. of Sanitation. Every year, fans visit the tree on the anniversary of his passing, and decorate it.
