These photos were captured in and around the Spectacular Lake Louise area, located inside Banff National Park. We had the pleasure of going there last July and it was great, especially the canoeing we did on the lake! Over the years I had always wanted to rent a canoe and paddle around the lake, this time I was determined to make it happen. The only thing I didn't enjoy about the canoeing was the pricey cost, $105 per hour, plus tax. Nontheless, it was worth it!

There is no other way to describe the Canadian Rockies than "God's Country". I remember the first time I saw them. I was at a loss for words to describe them. Their sheer majesty and beauty. Thank you for sharing these photos. I hope the canoe trip was worth every cent for the experience of a life time.
