Around the Canadian Rockies in B&W and Colour

Here are a few more shots of the Eastern face of Cascade Mountain, as seen from the C-Level Cirque hiking trail in Banff National Park. This is one of many excellent half day hikes in and around the park area. Sometimes you just don’t know which hike to do, as there are simply so many to choose from! A Sony A77 and DT 16-105mm lens was used. Which do you prefer, B&W or Colour?

Excellent post! I love the rockies and really want to go back...my favorite area to hike is around Monk lake. great place to camp too!!! Love the B&W shots as well, nice touch.
