These pictures are from the Spectacular Banff National Park, located in Alberta Canada! The first photo is of Mount Rundle (2948m or 9671ft) , as seen from the base of Cascade Mountain (2,998m or 9,835ft). These 2 mountains are the most familiar, as they can be viewed from the Banff townsite.
Most of these photos were previously posted. I am reposting those photos in this "Best of Banff" series for the New users that haven't seen them yet, and honestly some of those posts just "Slipped through the Cracks" without being seen by many anyways!

Great post!! Such beautiful mountains!!!
@massivepothole thanks for looking!
Awesome stuff @daveks! Really splendid landscapes. How are the camping regulations around there?
I have actually not camped in the Banff area, would like to though! As it's in a national park, likely on the stricter side @creutzy, lots of camping areas though for sure, tunnel mountain, two jack lake, etc!
Thanks for the answer! Since you say it is a national park, I guess that rules out wild camping... Camping at one of the designated camping areas could be fun too. You should give it a go, I know I would...
The ladies aren't as enthusiastic about camping as the men!!
Sadly, that is often the case... :)
Wow amazing photos thanks for sharing
Thanks for looking @saqib!
