Legazpi City-Gusto mo bang subukan ang isang bagay "mas mainit" kaysa sa tag-init init? Isang restaurant sa lungsod na ito ay nag-aalok ng isang bagay na malamig upang gumawa ng isa hot-kanyang trademark "sili" (chili) ice cream. Unang ipinakilala sa pamamagitan ng 1st Colonial Grill restaurant Homegrown sa 2004, ang sili ice cream, Kaninong pangunahing ingredients isama ang "siling labuyo" at gata ng niyog, mayroon kang na matumbok Maging mga lokal at turista.
