Instagram Photo Challenge: Perspective Wars
In an experiment to explore photography, I'm collaborating on an Instagram account called @PerspectiveWars with one of my all-time favorite photographers, Evy Wilkins. Every week we pick a subject to photograph and compete to see who's perspective is more liked on Instagram. To level the playing field, we both post from the same account at the same time.
Every month we'll share the previous month's challenge results in the form of a blog post. This is our first of hopefully many results posts!
The New Car Post

We were pretty jazzed about our new ride. Our first spin landed us in the Dogpatch in SF for a quick #PerspectiveWars challenge before the sun set.
Evy's Holiday Party

Less than 24 hours after the Stormtrooper party, Dane's coworkers locked us in a Jazz lounge and wouldn't let us out until a Perspective War had been posted.

While waiting for Santa's Brunch, we stumbled upon this chess set which triggered our warring instincts.
Banshee

We bought this Banshee magnum to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The wine brought out our competitive nature.

All of Tahoe and Evy insisted on a challenge to capture the beauty in this solo bare tree. I'm proud of our effort.
