I live in a historic town. Bulacan is dubbed as the cradle of heroes, as it was the hometown of a number of Philippine revolutionists. Malolos, the capital city of Bulacan, was once the seat of Philippine Government. Two of the most notable Churches in the Philippines sits in the heart of its Bayan. Barasoain Church is coined as the Cradle of Democracy in the East, being the site of the First Philippine Republic. Meanwhile, the Basilica Menor de la Nuestra Señora de la Inmaculada Concepción served as the Presidential Palace of the first Philippine President, Emilio Aguinaldo. Both structures hold a momentous place in the Philippine History, and I always find myself in awe of their majestic structures when I pass by them.
Photo is mine, taken at the gates of Barasoain Church, using Samsung S7 Edge camera phone.
