Berlin - A view from the Spree

Last week was the birthday of my girl, so I decided to rent a boat and make a nice trip with her at the Spree. For those who don't know, the Spree is the largest River at Berlin.

It was a nice sunny day and I can tell you it was fucking awesome. You can rent there boats without any license with 9-15 PS. You can also rent boats with a skipper if you don't want to drive or if you want to party a bit on that boat. Speaking about party, it is possible that you rent a boat which includes a grill. So you will have a nice barbecue on the Spree...

Without a real boat license it is only possible to drive between the good known "Oberbaumbrücke" and Köpenick. Maybe you could drive more into the east part but we only rented for 3 hours so I didn't figure out yet.

I can strongly recommend that if you like water and get access to a incredible view from the top of the Spree. And we will definitly do it again !

But be a bit careful for the first time, because I did a bit damage by myself on the boat ...
