Jerry is a little bit protective of his food bowl so when we go places we make sure not to leave it on the ground where any other dogs can get to close for his comfort. Even if there is no food he still will protect it with his life from any potential threats that come near.
On this occasion we had left it in the trunk and when asking him if he was hungry and he wanted food, knowing exactly where his food bowl was of course he jumped himself into the trunk of our car 😆.
typically we will put the ball in the backseat so he can eat comfortably though I do believe he enjoyed being above all the other dogs well he ate his food, looking down on them as if he was king. Probably the only time I’ve seen a dog walk by so close without Jerry reacting while not being in the closed car.
then after he was done eating he didn’t really seem too concerned on getting out! Looking around at all the activity with that expression of his, look at me all special up here now I’m king pooch!
