Well, @photo-token definitely sounds like a really good and welcome idea around here! Of course, I also say that because my own posts are 100% powered by my own photography. There really hasn't been much "organized" since @photocontests packed up and left the community more than a year ago.

I do hope you have a good and active manual curation team ready to go because this seems like it would quickly become a very prolific tag and very open to spamming and abuse... there's some really excellent talent here, along with some who just pump out prolific images of the same things over and over... and then all the folks who endlessly republish Pixabay images...

Definitely NOT trying to rain on your parade here! Just hoping you have some good plans and metrics in place to find and reward "the 2%," more or less ignore the next 48% and not let the 50% who are just copyists "rape" the system!
