Sunset fire in Moscow
We are on fire! Mayday!
But in fact this is an August day, 2015. Evening, to be precise.
I took this photo a year ago in Strogino district of Moscow and since that never published nor posted it anywhere. There is a Moscow river floodplain between the near and rear planes, down where the sea of vegetation is.
It's not the real Stalin-time skyscraper that is on fire here, it is one of modern day imitations with a lot of mirror-like windows on the facade.
Actually no buildings were incinerated in the course of making this shot, but the mad burning illusion was awesome!
