The Barron Canyon gives you an amazing partial* view of Algonquin park. You guys should see it in Autumn. People come from all over the world to see the colorful trees.

Amazing views of pine tree lines, i love that snaking river too. I heard of some of those areas from the show Man tracker. Thunderbay comes to mind. Hah like you said when theres no snow, which is probably only a few months of the year.
I would love to visit some day.
Grew up in the area surrounding Thunderbay it is truly one of a kind! Make the trek well worth the adventure!
