You can find this fabulous-looking and delicious desert at the fine Restaurant "Bleu Blanc Coeur", located in Rennes (France).

A sweet chocolate cream spread over two floors with peach slices while two thin layers of leafy pralinés and chopped hazelnuts add a much appreciated crispy aspect. An exceptional sensory experience!

    I'm afraid I already ate this one but if come get one at the Restaurent "Bleu Blanc Coeur", they will happily serve you their best desserts ;)
