Sights in Shenzhen
Hello there.
Shenzhen is an interesting city to live in. At one time the fastest growing in the world. It was founded only in 1979, has an official population of 11 million, but closer to 20 million if you include commuters and migrant workers.
It's mostly modern, with some older villages sprinkled about, and some of the world's most modern skyscrapers. It's spacious with many parks and a lot of green space. It's on the coast, it's got great weather. Anyway, here are some of my recent, interesting pictures from around town.

^Our table after all you can eat/all you can drink teppanyaki. Believe me they'd already taken just as many empty plates as the ones still there. The rest of the night was trouble.

Been there before. About 15 years ago. I believe it was in the outskirts that we went to the "Wonders of the World" miniature park. It had a miniature Great Wall of china and lots of cool miniatures!!

haha that's funny. 15 years ago Shenzhen was about 7 million people, now it's over 15mil :-) WotW is in the middle of town now ;-)

What I liked the most is less cars and more bicycles. My town is not that big but we have the huge traffic problem. Instead of a car I usually use the public transport or walk.
