Enjoy these tiny little bits of bliss spitting out of the folds between other things. Flowers, moss, bark, rocks, mud, insects. You never know what might be just a small scratch away from the surface. All these photos are my own. The cover photo is a recent photo I snapped today.

The cover photo is also my submission for @kus-knee who runs the Old Dog Photo contest. This week the theme is tiny flowers. The key is required for this contest to give a reference of how small the flower is. Each petal is only a few millimeters wide.

Barely visible from standing at full height looking down. It blends it with the moss. Most likely this flower is related to clover.

A few other tiny contenders in the garden. The flowers are close to the same size, but the plant stems are much bigger.

These moss photos came out stunning from a few weeks ago, between the days of snow we had. I have been looking for an excuse to showcase these photos, so here they are.

Bonus

A little red guardian arrived today to take a break and rest its wings. It appears to be trying to fold up its wing, or dry it out. It must really like upright woody twigs, such as this grapevine cutting.
