🐕 🐕 Harding House at Bayonet Farm - Holmdel NJ 🐕 🐕

This is a fairly large set of photos I took recently at the Laura Harding House on Bayonet Farm in Holmdel NJ. Bayonet Farm is a 100+ acre farm with several 19th century historic houses and barns. It's currently used as a recreational park for various events and also as a for-rent wedding venue.

Miss Laura was the home's last private resident and was apparently a dog lover. I've heard that the small pond that you see was added for the enjoyment of her dogs. You can even see some dog prints in the concrete wall surrounding the pond.

It was fun to walk around this house and get some detailed shots of the various features, replete with peeling paint. It was a drizzly day and there wasn't a soul there except me. Hope you enjoy them!
