That's rough. There are often a lot of consequences that people don't think about. A lot of people use the bags as trash bags, but now they'll have to buy bags for their trash. I wonder if there will be a whole sub-industry of bike seat covers that pops up in New Jersey. Hmmm.

@cognoscere, At many places people stopped using the Bicycles but in my opinion it's not an right decision because if we see towards the world then for sure we will going to find an world which is stuck in the pollution and World Of Vehicles.
Use of Bicycles is vital aspect and not just in an playful way but in general way because it's effective for Fitness too and also we can make our Environment more peaceful and more breathable.
