street-photography #1 - My first time photo post on Steemit - Sunny Day on Place Kléber in Strasabourg, France
When I walk along city streets, I often can't resist trying to capture the atmosphere around me. I have been using Instagram so far, but since I'm also a cryptocurrency fan, I find Steemit a potentially more progressive medium for my photos going forward.

Thanks for the comment @photo-trail ! These two particular pics, taken during the same time, were both done with my favourite street camera Fuji X100T - to achieve the harder contract, I used the highest focal length that the circumstances allowed, probably with a ND filter. However, the pic I posted is a copy of a copy - the original is on a hard-disk I don't have with me right now, so can't provide exact data. I'll keep it in mind for future posts though, whenever available. Post production involved conversion into B&W using a simple filter (I sometimes use photoshop, but usually something way simpler like snapseed android app). Also, lately, I've been often shooting straight with my phone - quality is much lower, but the phone's always available.
