Yes, it is because of the coronavirus. If you show certain symptoms like vomiting in this case, you have to be screened for the virus. As I wrote, a serious topic behind the funny pictogram...
Yeah but you didnt say "they only put this here due to the coronovirus".. Its not the only reason people get sick or have to be screened and you didnt say "this is a pictograph from the screening area". It could have been a air sick bag for all we know based on the info given.
