I captured this photo in jungle nearby Udaipur.
This beautiful colorful bird found widely distributed across Indian sub-continent.
This bird mainly found in grasslands and forest often quite far from water. As name shows they are bee- eater, mainly eat insects like bees, wasps and ants. They are usually seen in small groups. They nest in vertical hollow mud banks.
