Don't forget to dose some vitamin D! I'm taking a proper dose of 50 milligrams daily and I think it helps, my energy levels have been quite good thus far at least, whether it is because of supplementing or not, doesn't do any harm at the very least.

Yeah that's a good point. I should try some vitamin D supplements. I don't take them currently but should give them a try. Thanks for the advice
