Fasting, Day 1/4
First day into the fasting and I got a call from a friend if I'd want to come for a little hike and eat some sausage by the fire. Obviously I had to turn down eating, but otherwise I was up to it.
Sipoonkorpi National Park.
It wasn't really a proper hike, because we just walked to the fireplace – 500 meters from parking – and back. In any case, it was good to get some fresh air and a few shots.
It was only 18 hours into the fast so I didn't get any bad temptations at this point while looking at sausages. At the moment it's 22 hours into it, and I feel like eating, but no hunger pans, so no major problems at this point. However, I'm expecting it becoming much more interesting after the first full day.
The pictures look great. Actually i did not think i can fast for 18-22 hours before breaking

It might take a bit of practice and willpower, but anyone can fast.
