It reminds me of the heavy water downpour we had in my community on Tuesday. It was really too heavy. It lasted for over two hours. It actually damaged many things but has little advantage; it cleaned up the mess on the street.
Yeah, that's one of the benefits of the rains, only that people abuse it by using it as a means to dispose their wastes. Then that goes ahead to block the waterways and before we know, there is a blockage, and then, a disaster.
