Near the Sky

We got throught the mountains, to a real high place where the voice of the gods can be heard,

a place above the sky where the air is really different from anything you've felt before.

For those who stand there, that feel this pure air filling your lumbs and your soul at the same time,

those who withstand the long trip that demands this mountain in the sky,

they shall be rewarded with a view only have seen,

this mighty place that trascends imagination and lets your spirit be free,

i'd love everyone to go there, to climb to this very border in the earth.

Some may feel sick, some may feel nice, some may never see this place,

but if any of you got the bless of doing it, you'll feel what i'm telling you,

because i've been there, and i know exactly how it feels,

and truth is... A few things are even more amazing than it.

Note: The place you just read about is located in Mérida, Venezuela. It's known as "Pico Bolivar". This place is 5007 meters above sea level (16427.17 feet), and it's one of the most beautiful places on earth. The trip is actually really easy to make because you get there via cable railway. It has four stations where you can take a little look around and experience lakes and ponds that it has around. 

Sidenote: The model in the first picture was dying of cold cause' we were at -5°C or -23°F and she wasn't used to feel that kind of colds that i know most people feels during winter time.
