Wow such interesting photos. We live in the woods in Upstate NY and frequently come across carcasses, bones etc. I love anatomy, so I get right past the "oh gross
factor"and just check it out.
I really should do some photos too, I just think most people really don't want to see that kind of image.

It may not make exactly PG (pleasant and girly) viewing, but the miracle of the physical construct (etheric weft consolidated in matter) is shown up with amazing grace in these photos I know you took with respect and awe for life.
I have a Dutch friend who loves to take pictures of roadkill flattened to the thickness of paper and camouflaged by road grime. He has hundreds of photos of various flattened animals.
Reminds me of the Danish artist John Olsen, who collected mummified seagulls on the beach and exhibited them in giant frames.
