There is a worldwide cloud seeding operation being done with almost every commercial jet, yes.
But there are no special or dangerous chemicals, just harmless powdered rock.
And you base this on what? Powered rock? What is it made of, it does have ingredients right? How many pounds of rock are mixed with the fuel? Does the rock degrade the burning process of the jet fuel? Do the airlines charge extra to compensate for carrying this useless weight? Who do they send the bill to? Clouds are being seeded for what purpose? There are no seeding operations, the planes are flying through heavy moisture pockets no different than a car driving through a puddle here on the ground... do we think that a car is spraying chemicals every time it drives through a big puddle on the road? It happens in the same spot on the road, and every car is doing it in that same spot, and looks like the splash gets turned on and then off again magically when they leave the puddle... wow, those car drivers must all be spraying some kind of chemicals, right? No.
The simplest seeding crystal is aluminum oxide.
