Photography: The Beach at Wilmington

Hi Steemit! I wanted to share some pictures I took on the beach in Wilmington, NC with you. The picture above of the seagulls was actually a pretty difficult shot because my friends and I were chasing the flock and trying to snap pictures while we ran!

I love the geometric shapes made by the old green pier.

I played around a little bit with a cheap plastic pair of sunglasses to get different levels of exposure and focus in the same picture and got some cool effects:
